Safari Icon in Illustrator

Remember the Google Chrome icon I did in Illustrator? I uploaded it to YouTube, and today I finally had the time to do another one. This time I went after Safari, which turned out to be MUCH more difficult than the Chrome icon. The blue inside part was relatively simple but the metal ring on the outside has a great load of shadows and highlights which proved to be tricky. Unfortunately I've lost the video for the inside of the compas and only have the part where I did the metal rings. I'm putting it up on YouTube though - if the video gets 100 likes I'll put the icon up for free download :). Check out the vid below:
